I’m a technology marketing professional, group-fitness instructor, weight-lifting junkie, & mother of 2. I’ve created this blog to share info & experiences in my wellness journey.
I’ve been teaching group fitness since 1998, and currently teach step aerobics, active older adult fitness, yoga, cardio dance, and more at a wonderful fitness center in the greater Baltimore area. On this blog, I also share step aerobics and kickboxing choreography, including videos, (more to come soon,) my home-gym workout adventures & Why Home Gyms are Great, explorations with local food, paleo recipes, (mostly sharing tested recipes from elsewhere, with an occasional original recipe as I get bolder) & the ups and downs of my never-ending battle with sugar addiction!
