I often discuss nutrition when teaching fitness classes. It’s a vital component of fitness, a fact that’s often forgotten. Many people think you can “out-exercise” a bad diet. But you just can’t.
Last week I hit the farmer’s market with the kids. Got my favorite cruciferous veggies (cabbage, broccoli, and cauliflower,) plus cucumbers, and zucchini. At the last minute, I decided to get some beets as well.
