I’m nearly finished listening to the book, An Uncommon Bond by Jeff Brown. My opinion hasn’t improved, but I still enjoy his quotes on Facebook. I slightly reworded his post and read it at the end of Savasana tonight:
It hasn’t even been 48 hours and I’ve already lost much of the optimism of my “GET PUMPED”-style post from Monday. It’s been raining here for nearly 24 hours non-stop, and lack of sunshine always brings me down.

I made a sun & moon themed playlist for yoga. I got the idea from my fitness instructor’s discussion forum & thought it would be fun to infuse the theme for music, as well as poses.
